The minute I heard her voice on the phone, I felt comfortable and less stressed about our trip. Amelia did not just sit in our room and let our daughter watch TV/iPad. She took her for walks, swimming, did activities, and played with the toys we brought with us. While out at dinner, there were no worrisome texts and no rushing to get back out of fear. "We used Jovie to find childcare during a last-minute Seattle work trip. The challenging part for us is that we were staying 1/2 the day in Seattle and 1/2 the day in Bellevue in different hotels (Washington Athletic Club in Seattle and the Marriott in Bellevue). Stephanie at Jovie was able to find reliable childcare for both morning and afternoon/evening shifts! Amazing! Honestly, it could not have gone any better. Our nanny, Maya, who was assigned to us, had the right energy and attentiveness to our very energetic 14-month-old son. She kept him fed, changed diapers, played with him, and took him on strolls/walks on the premises. She kept us updated with photos during watching Max, which helped our anxiety too since it was our first time using a local nanny service, especially so last minute. We are so thankful this worked out! We will use Jovie again if back in Seattle!"
