All of our sitters are W-2 employees—not independent contractors. Each sitter undergoes multiple interviews, comprehensive state and federal background checks, and at least 3 professional reference checks. This rigorous process ensures we only work with the most trustworthy and reliable caregivers.
Our proprietary system matches sitters to families based on their availability and experience with your child’s age group. Through our app (My Jovie) you are able to view a photo of the sitter and read a quick bio about them before booking.
Our service is designed to work around your schedule, offering care when you need it most. From date nights, to school closures, and special events, we’re here for your family.
